Project Details :
Project requirements were to install Metering systems for two hundred ten individual units and common areas. Scope requirements were to install electrical to National Electrical Code as well as blue print and specs. Installation of structured cabling system for phone and CATV for each unit.
Also included were Area Of Rescue and Fire Alarm system in each unit and common areas so that the complex acted as one complete system. Installation of parking lot and low voltage ascent lighting was also included. Harbor Electrical Services worked with other trades to insure that no conflicts would arise during construction.
Harbor Construction Company, Inc. (HCCI) has teams of personnel that specialize in residential wiring, fire alarm systems and communications system to insure the installations meet the NEC as well the customer expectations.
